Armstrong Operations started its journey in early 2018 with a vision to disrupt the gaming industry using high-class technology.
The first casino brand, Dreamz.com, launched in the fall of 2018, followed shortly thereafter by our in-house built CRM platform.

The Role

As a Payments & Service Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and secure payment processes while delivering top-notch customer service.

You’ll be part of a newly established but already highly successful department, contributing to risk assessment, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer document verification, automations, and other areas.

Your work will be crucial in maintaining our strong track record of success.

Tasks

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Process payments efficiently and securely.
• Handle customer queries via chat and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations.
• Review and approve KYC documents.
• Oversee escalations from external customer service/payment teams.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
• Collaborate to improve customer service processes and policies.
• Keep up to date with company products, services, and promotions.
• Assist in creating and updating FAQs and customer service documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Analyze customer service trends and report to management.

Our Expectations

The candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and be expected to deliver excellent quality.
Seniority-level experience is a plus.

A high level of proficiency in English, demonstrated through exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is mandatory.
Native-level proficiency in Finnish or Norwegian is considered a plus.
