The Role

As a Payments & Service Agent, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of payment processes, all while providing exceptional customer service. You'll be a key player in a newly established and highly successful department, responsible for managing risk assessment, fraud prevention, payment processing, and assisting customers with document verification. Your daily responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks that uphold payment system integrity and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your contribution is crucial to maintaining the department's impressive track record of success.

Tasks

Included but not limited to:

  • Payments Processing.
  • Chat & Email tickets.
  • Technical troubleshooting & escalations.
  • Overlook incoming escalations from external customer service/Payments.
  • Documents approval for KYC process.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback across various platforms.
  • Collaborating with the team to continuously improve customer service processes and policies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assisting in the creation and updating of FAQs and other customer service documentation.
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Reporting and analyzing customer service trends to management to help improve customer satisfaction.

Our Expectations

  • The candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and be expected to deliver excellent quality.
  • Seniority-level experience is a plus.
  • A high level of proficiency in English, demonstrated through exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is mandatory. Native-level proficiency in Finnish or Norwegian is considered a plus.
  • Keen interest and passion for Gaming / Crypto.
  • Proactivity and ability to collaborate.
  • Anything is possible attitude.
